Touch Grass ("the App") is developed by Lyfar Studio (Egor Lyfar). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our iOS sound healing application.

We believe your wellness practices are deeply personal. That's why we've architected Touch Grass to operate entirely on your device with minimal data collection.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data We DO NOT Collect

Touch Grass does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• User accounts or login credentials
• Session recordings or usage patterns
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Health data (despite being a wellness app)
• Advertising identifiers or tracking pixels
• Social media connections

2.2 Data We May Collect (Minimal)

To maintain app stability and functionality, we may collect:

• Crash Reports: Anonymous technical diagnostics when the app crashes (iOS system-level reporting through Apple). These reports contain device model, iOS version, and stack traces but no personal information.
• Device Type: Basic device information (iPhone model, iOS version) solely for compatibility testing.

All data collection is anonymous and non-identifiable. We cannot tie any data back to you as an individual.

3. How We Use Data

The limited technical data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Fix bugs and crashes
• Ensure compatibility across iOS devices
• Improve app performance and stability

We do not use data for marketing, advertising, user profiling, or any commercial purposes beyond improving the app experience.

4. Third-Party Services

Touch Grass does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers.

The app uses:

• Apple's App Store: For distribution (governed by Apple's privacy policy)
• TestFlight: For beta testing (governed by Apple's privacy policy)

We do not share data with any other third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

All app settings, preferences, and user-generated content (if any) are stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, Keychain).

We do not operate servers that store your data. We cannot access your device data remotely.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Touch Grass is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data from any users, we are inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7. International Users (GDPR & CCPA)

7.1 GDPR (European Union)

For users in the European Union:

• Legal Basis: We do not process personal data, so GDPR obligations are minimal.

7.2 CCPA (California)

For California residents:

• We do not sell personal information (because we don't collect it).
• We do not engage in targeted advertising or data brokering.

8. Apple-Required Disclosures

As required by Apple's App Store guidelines:

• App Store Privacy Nutrition Label: Our App Store listing accurately reflects our minimal data collection practices.
• App Tracking Transparency: Touch Grass does not track users across apps or websites, so we do not request ATT permission.
• Spatial Audio & Head Tracking: Head tracking data (via AirPods or device gyroscope) is processed entirely on-device in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

For significant changes affecting data collection, we will notify users through the App Store update notes.
